One consultant. Four disciplines. One clearer decision.
RADIOLOGY × AI × MANAGEMENT × RESEARCH
I connect the medical image with the system around it. Clinical judgment, technology, management and evidence work together to produce answers that are precise, practical and ready to act on.
01
Clinical Radiology
The diagnostic foundation: consultant-led CT, MRI, ultrasound and Doppler expertise translated into clear, clinically useful answers.
02
Medical AI
Responsible AI adoption, structured reporting and decision-support workflows designed around real clinical needs—not technology for its own sake.
03
Healthcare Management
Service design, quality, operations, governance and investment thinking informed by hands-on leadership across a growing diagnostic network.
04
Research & Education
Evidence-led practice shaped by published research, academic supervision, lectures and the teaching of hundreds of medical learners.
FOR PATIENTSClearer explanations and precise diagnosis
FOR CLINICIANSActionable reports and confident decisions
FOR ORGANIZATIONSClinically credible, workable strategy

Challenge
Build dependable advanced-imaging access and a service capable of handling high daily demand.
My role
Co-Founder & CEO.
Actions
Added one GE 32-detector CT, one 1.5T MRI, three ultrasound units and two echocardiography units for adult and paediatric work.
Measurable result
Two branches; approximately 300 cases daily from a network of about 300 referring doctors. Urgent reports within a maximum of one hour and routine reports within two hours. The team grew to around 70 people, including 10 consultant doctors, 20 technicians and 15 administrative staff.
Extend the operating model beyond radiology into coordinated multidisciplinary diagnostics.
My role
Founder & COO.
Actions
Developed a fully equipped laboratory, a 4D pregnancy-ultrasound unit, a neurophysiology unit and five specialty clinics.
Measurable result
Three branches; approximately 200 cases daily supported by a referral network of about 300 doctors. The team grew to 49 people, including 9 consultant doctors, 20 technicians and 15 administrative staff.
Moments from different stages of the team that helped build and develop the service. Sustainable operating results always begin with committed people.
